What makes being a conservative women so great? Marji Ross, president of Regnery Publishing, recently explained the best part of being a conservative woman using the acronym SMILE, which is conveniently something that conservative women do a lot

S-Strength

Conservative women are strong. We have to be to stand up for what we believe in, especially when we have the left constantly putting us down, telling us how our own party is waging a war on us. Luckily, we have strength, and the knowledge of how false this is, to help us stay true to our beliefs.

M-Maturity

Conservative women are mature.  Conservative women are mature enough to know the difference between right and wrong and mature enough to respect all life.  Maturity is about more than just respect, but also about awareness, and conservative women certainly have it.

I-Informed

Conservative women are informed, not only about political issues, but also about the general world around them.  Conservative women are always looking to learn more about their country and the world we live in. You’ll often find conservative women on the frontlines of education, debates, and general knowledge attainment. Conservative women know that the best way to fix your country is to know the problems it is facing.

L-Loving

Conservative women are loving.  To be a conservative woman is to have a love for your country and it’s people. A conservative woman loves to helps other, better her country, and take care of those around her. Conservative women make great wives, mothers, sisters and friends because of the love and compassion they carry with them for everyone.

E-Engaged

Conservative women are always on the frontline of volunteering, getting engaged with their community and lending a hand when it is needed.  This engagement helps foster their knowledge of the issues that directly affect those around them, so that they can in turn help those who need it most in ways that are actually effective – not by just giving them government handouts, but by actually teaching them skills and ways to thrive in the future.
